We are excited to announce that our PTG Hot Lunch Fundraiser is expanding for the upcoming

school year! In addition to providing a convenient lunch option for families, the Hot Lunch Program

serves as a fundraiser for our Parent Teacher Guild (PTG). Every order helps support PTG's efforts to

provide enriching experiences and resources for our students throughout the school year.

PTG Hot Lunch Fundraisers will begin the week of September 7.

This year, students will have the opportunity to enjoy a hot lunch item every Wednesday and Friday!

● Wednesday: Hot Lunch

○ Every other Wednesday: Subway (prices vary based on items ordered)

○ Alternate Wednesdays: Bosco sticks (2), hot dog & chips, or walking tacos ($4 each)

● Friday: Pizza ($3 for the lunch, $2 for an extra slice)

To help keep the program successful, each hot lunch will include the featured menu item only. Sides will not be offered. The more interest we have in the program (and the more parent volunteers we get!), the more we can continue to expand the program!

Ordering Information

All hot lunch orders will be placed through your FACTS Family Portal and prepaid for the month. The ordering portal will open for approximately one week each month, allowing you to place orders for the following month's lunches. Please note that once the ordering window closes, we are unable to accept any additional orders or changes for that month. Be sure to submit your order while the portal is open so your child does not miss out. Reminders will be shared in the school newsletter and on the Parents Facebook page whenever the ordering portal opens. We will do our best to note any field trips on the menu. Please check this and do not order that lunch if your child will be on a field trip.

Volunteers Needed!

We are always looking for volunteers to help with our hot lunch program. If you would like to help with any of our lunch days, whether you are looking to complete volunteer hours or simply want to lend a hand, we would greatly appreciate your help!

How To Order

Please note: it’s easier to place orders on a personal computer rather than a mobile device

Log in to the FACTS Family Portal.

1.  Select the drop-down arrow next to Student.
2. Click on Lunch.
3. Click Create Web Order.
4. Select the name of the student for whom you’d like to order. A list of lunch dates will open in a drop-down menu. You’ll need to order for each student individually.
5. Select the dates and menu items you’d like to order for that child.
6. Continue ordering for each child.
7. Once each child has ordered for the month, press SUBMIT ORDER.
8. Review your lunch order for accuracy.
9. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. If you need to make changes, click BACK and make any changes. If your order looks correct, click CONFIRM AND PAY.
10. Confirm that the correct payment method is selected.
11. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select PAY NOW.
12. Wait for the confirmation screen. You should also receive a confirmation email from FACTS, although this email may take a few moments to arrive. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact the PTG at ptg@stjosepherie.com to see if your order was received and paid for correctly.
